The electric bike will be shipped from US warehouse and delivered within 5-7 working days in general. Note: there would be a delay in holidays.

If the elecric bicycle is fulfilled by our seller, we set a shipping fee. The shipping fee is the fee of the ebike itself. It is the way we market the ebike.

If there is a damage or failure when you receive ebike, pls send us the relevant photos and videos. Our technical staff will help you to solve problem.

Note

After charging the battery, you need to unplug the power adapter first. Then turn on the battery button that can be found on the top end of the battery under rubber seal when you want to check the battery level and LCD display. Or relocate the battery then follow the charging steps. You can also refer to the video for battery and display guide on the page.

The tires come flat in the package to avoid any damage during transportation and you need to inflate the tires before ride.

3 Working Modes

-Normal Bike Mode: ride it like a common bike without turning on the motor, allowing for a good workout.

-Pedal Assisted Mode: the motor automatically starts working when you ride it. You need to turn on the power button and begin riding, then the bike will assist you in maintaining that speed without using throttle.

-Pure Electric Mode: twist the throttle on the right handlebar, the bike will use the electricity in the battery to power.

Shimano 21-speed System

-3 speed switch in the front and a 7 speed gear on the back.

-Both controllers are on the handlebar. Adjusting the two controllers, you are able to have 21 different speed levels.


Powerful 350W Motor The 26” electric bike comes equipped with a 350W high-speed brushless motor, able to go a maximum speed of 19.8 MPH which is pretty fast. That provides more than enough power for your daily commute, a cruise on the mountain, or a meander along your favorite trail. The motor is also quiet when riding this e-bike.	Removable 36V Battery This ebike has a 36V 10.4Ah Lithium battery with key lock attached to its frame. You can charge the battery on or off the ebike by your convenience. It takes 5 hours to charge fully and will last you about 28-60 miles, depending on your riding style and weight. Note: Included 2 keys are only used to lock the battery. You can buy a chain lock to prevent the ebike from being stolen.	Front Suspension Fork & Wheels Compared with the normal non-shock absorbing fork, lockable aluminum suspension fork promises you a great smooth ride, that handles bumps , rocks and uneven terrain beautifully. 26 x 1.95 wheels are so strong that work really well on rough terrain. Besides, this elecric bike for adults could accommodate riders between 5.25-6.1FT tall and up to 300 lbs.
